The needs of adults 55 years of age and older are unique and our Senior Adult Ministry seeks to meet them in special ways. Our Senior Adult Ministry is led by Rev. Bill Felts our Senior Adult Pastor.
A close fellowship exists among our senior adult Sunday School classes. Coed classes or men’s and women’s classes exist for purposeful Bible study. Ministry within these classes is a top priority. Fellowships in these classes are tremendous times of enjoying life and each other’s company.
Each month we have two special times of fellowship. Our Senior Adult Fellowship is held on the second Tuesday of the month. We enjoy lunch together, a brief time of devotion, and an afternoon of games and good fun. The fourth Wednesday of the month finds us enjoying breakfast together, beginning at 8:30 a.m. Both events are held in the fellowship hall.
We presently have many members of East Paris Baptist Church who are senior adults. Some are still working full time, some part-time, and some are fully retired. Regardless of your situation in life, we would count it a privilege to minister to you, or to help you find a place where you could serve.
